Khaya Candles will thoroughly check all items before posting and strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and that your parcel arrives to you in a perfect condition.

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from day of postage. Our Gift Cards are non returnable.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchase, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All shipping costs incurred in the return and redelivery will be your responsibility.  

Faulty

Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, we would like to rectify the problem as soon as possible.  To assist us in doing this, please email us a photo of the faulty/damaged item at your soonest convenience.  If is deemed that the item is faulty or damaged, all postage costs associated with the return/exchange will be our responsibility.

Refunds

We do not refund unless there is extenuating circumstances agreed on by both parties.
